About the Event
Join Marina Koyen as she guides you through this balanced, breath-oriented steadily paced class specifically designed for guys. We will focus on the postures that will help to safely and effectively release the low back, while lengthening the spine and addressing the hamstrings.
As we stabilize the hips and increase their mobility, we will improve the range of movement, increase circulation, and provide more support for the muscles of the low back.
The practice will bring back flexibility to the shoulders, open up the chest as we work on joint health and longevity, while improving muscle length and endurance.
We will close the practice with a restful guided body scan, providing an ideal balance between effort and ease.
